Customer service hero’s always a great time at Batavia downs
✓ I liked breakfast it was very good and the staff is sooo nice !! Every time I have come here the staff have a great attitude especially the red haired woman who cooks breakfast she is so sweet greeting people by name she is just a ray of sunshine

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious
✓ Breakfast was phenomenal. The casino was a lot of fun.
✗ The pull out couch in the room was absolutely terrible. Wish there were more than one elevator as we were on the opposite side of the hotel, but the room made up for it.

✓ it was really nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. food was good, too!
✗ the only entrance to get to the room was a bit of a hike. I understand it’s a casino and safety/security measures are in place. We were not prepared for that and could have packed better to carry things we wanted to bring. We are still young enough and able to do the extra walk. I just think it would have been helpful to know ahead of time. I did see there was vallet parking, we could have done that. Overall, things were so great and we will be back!

✓ I had a terrible experience in another hotel in Batavia and was happy to pay twice the price to be in a great location with very nice staff and a clean environment. Even when I left my kindle behind, the staff found it are presently organizing to UPS it to me.
