All in all it was a good stay. aside from no hot tub.
✓ Breakfast was ok, I'm not a fan of carton eggs
✗ I booked the facilities because it had a hot tub, but to my extreme disappointment I was told it wasn't in use when I checked in, This should be knowledge prior to booking. Apparently it won't be up and running until Christmas

Adequate but not a redo. Holiday Inn rarely impressed me.
✓ It was in a good enough location.
✗ There was no cream for coffee in the room. No tea either. Just a coffee pod. The love seat was so close to the coffee maker you hardly had any room to move. Awful! The room was just adequate.

We booked for 6 adults but the sofa bed is too small for 2 people. I asked to have a cot and they brought us one within
