Pleasant enough, daytime desk staff helpful and functional

✗ Bit dated and a bit like a hostel. Night security man was more interested in talking on line with his friend than being of any assistance (apparently there was no more 'special water' to refill the bottle at the front desk. Area also a little 'sketchy' with lots of individuals hanging around the area coming up from town late at night.

the location is across the street from the train and metro and car rentals so very convenient.

✓ the staff were exceptional. friendly, helpful , warm and engaging.

✗ it is very basic the room smelled like smokers had been there. the windows opened which was helpful. parking is included which was a bonus. the photos do make it appear a little more than it really is. breakfast is available but not included. the staff were fantastic!
