If heaven is a place on earth...

✓ It was just fantastic! Best breakfast, beautiful beach, awesome pool, different restaurants... just amazing!

✗ The quality of the food in the Olive restaurant sank since my last visit. I had the lamb on red wine jus, it was excellent before Corona... but this time the sauce didn't even see a drip of wine and the side dishes were tiny: two bites of Polenta and three bites of vegies. for nearly 30 Euro very disappointing. All other people in the group also complained about the portions and quality... This was better before and because of the prices I can not recommend it anymore... very sad. For me it was the best restaurant in Khao Lak

✗ Not really a place to travel alone to if you want to meet people- most people there were in pairs or families - not something that the Resort can do anything about, but worth knowing if you are a single traveler.

Luxurious, fancy, amazing

✓ Everything was amazing: the hotel is super fancy, extremely clean and the room has everything you might need. plus, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. I highly recommend getting a pool access room, if you want an even calmer experience. Apart from the pool, there is a beach just a walk away, where the hotel provides sunbeds and towels for free. Furthermore, there is a lot of massage booths and cheap food options (on top of the fancy restaurants in the hotel). The breakfast is VERY varied, with a lot of local options, international savory food and a lot of sweet options.

✗ I know it can't be avoided, but the pool water was a bit too warm for my liking. On top of this, please know that there is almost nothing around the hotel: if you expect to go around and explore, you can use one of the many taxi services, but you can't just walk anywhere, as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

For a party of 2 adults and 2 kids, we recommend booking Family Lagoon Studio, as Deluxe room has a maximum capacity of 3 people. The Family Lagoon Studio provides a sofa bed for kids and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids under 12.

Half board is a set menu you have said can you be more specific does it cover breakfast, lunch & dinner daily? Are all 3 meals daily set menus ?

The Gala Dinner during New Year is optional for guests to choose from. The price on Booking.com during New Year's season is based on rooms with breakfast only.
