✓ Perfect location in the middle of Namaa bay, near to Hadhaba, old market, Soho square and the airport. The resort provide everything so you can spend your whole day in the resort, beach area was perfect and the shore is amazing. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was perfect in the palm area where you can find peace and quiet. Hani was the one who made my trip easy and comfortable.
✗ I chose 1 queen bed but they said it wasnt available but it is ok for me.

✓ We had an exceptional hospitality experience and we highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. The staff was kind and attentive in every aspect. For example - quick and welcoming check in, recommendations for trips and commissions for meals we missed that delivered to our room. 5 stars casino, with casual dress code. Clean rooms and excellent maintenance. Location in the center of Naama bay.
✗ It’s not a negative comment, only a note- The property covers large areas and the walking distance from the room to the pool/ beach/ dining room was long. There is an option to call the tuktuk service available 24/7!

✓ 1. The entire staff at the resort was exceptional - they were respectful, friendly, and very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to assist me during my stay. 2. The resort's location is fantastic, and the beach is pristine and sandy. 3. The restaurant has excellent food and talented chefs.
✗ 1. There was no tent for car parking to protect from the sun. 2. The swimming pool is a bit small 2. The water park time is very limited.
