Nice apartment with a big garden

✓ Although we could not go to the reception in their working hours, the staff was kind in chat and offered an alternative way to pay. The garden was nice and spacious, it was not sacrificed for more apartments. The apartment was clean with simple and convenient furniture, just right for our stay. The apartment had separate air conditioners for the living room and the bedroom, both of which were quiet.

✗ The shower looks nice, but the doorless and rimless design is very impractical, it is almost impossible to keep the bathroom floor dry. The shower head lacked an insulator ring, so water spurted out in all directions from the handle. The shower cabin also had a leak somewhere, so a stream of water ran out of the bathroom to the kitchen after taking a shower. The button of the electric kettle did not work, it was always on. These were minor inconveniences, which I am sure will be dealt with for the next season.

Not as expected

✗ Narrow spiral stairs leading to a tiny room in the attic floor, not able to stand straight even in the shower. The photos show a different type of room. It was also too hot inside, aircon was too week. No option to change the room so I had to leave and look for another accomodation. My money is gone they were not open to any discussion or findig a solution. Then they rented out the same room to another guest although I paid the whole stay. I was very disappointed, they seem to just care the money not the customer. They have lot of paid reviews unfortunately.

Good and quiet

✓ I should have checked the location before but it appeared to be quite far from downtown, especially from the train station. But if you travel to Siófok by car it is a great place. The positive side is that it is just in three blocks from lake Balaton.

Nice stay in Siofok

✓ Really spacious and clean. We liked the AC in every room and that each bedroom had a private bathroom. The beds were really comfortable! The breakfast is served in a basked in the room and it is okay - toast, salami, croissant (packed), apple, tea, coffee...

✗ Reception is not visible - I would recommend putting a sign on the property so guests know where to go (behind the villa). The stove in the Villa was not working properly. It would also be nice if the way from the parking to the Villa was lit - we came in the night and didn't really see in the dark.

✓ Very easy check in/ check out. Great apartment, everything what was need was there. Friendly reception, we could leave our bags after check out to explore the city more.

✓ I ve been in contact all day long with the reception and even if I arrived a little bit alter 6.00 pm they were waiting for me and gave me the keys directly at my room !

Didnt have any toilet paper

✓ Good location, was close to a train track but we didnt hear it, so the isolation was good. The kitchen was well equiped. Great parking space. Spacious studio.

✗ They didnt have any toilet paper, the shower was badly designed so there was water everywhere. They didnt offered coffee for breakfast despite having a coffee machine.
