✓ The room is huge. And the hotel ground is excellent.
✗ My room attendant. For some reason the lady won't put complete set of towels, bathroom amenities and complimentary drinks. I have left my keys inside, she saw me got out yet refuse to open my door. I got very annoyed hence I went to the reception under intense heat. Also the room needs more lights. Bit dark for me.

An enjoyable stay with well-appointed facilities.
✓ my room was good and the food good but the cocktail bar staff and their drinks were very good and one huge stand out was the medical service provided free by the hotel. I cannot exaggerate how comforted I felt knowing help was available when I was unwell.
✗ the bathroom was a lacking super hot water but warm enough. my pillows were nice but I needed a firm pillow for the best sleep.
