I will never book room in that hotel again.
✓ Access to the pool and sauna.
✗ Cleaning provided by the staff. Vague explanation about parking. Staff is not friendly, it felt more like bother for them to do something what they supposed to do.

✓ The breakfast was ok, and the campus where I had to go was close by.
✗ The staff did not speak english AT ALL. Before I arrived i called them and they didn't understand a thing so they just hung up on me. When I was there I tried to tell AND show them that inside the room was very cold because the window arm was broken but they acted like they didn't even know what I just showed them and left without a word! Very rude, unpolite. The room could have been way cleaner. Did not worth the money, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

✓ Great location and the facilities where great. Breakfast buffet is also excellent .
✗ Bathroom was not clean and shower drained slowly. We had to buy our own detergent and clean and also air freshener to get rid of the smell as they where unable to provide. In between the days we stayed there, they never cleaned the room even after informing them.
