Great stay and help with extending it

✓ I enjoyed my stay at the apartments I booked budget and it was more than enough for my needs Spacious with place to cook with comfortable bed Location is fantastic for me. Away from centre in lovely residential area but so close to centre and old town a ten minute walk away. Straightforward and east to find from the bus stop Is literally on the beach not even a two minute walk Constantinos is a wonderful host, very friendly, knowledgable and goes out of his way to help you in any way he can Good value clean adequate accommodation

Very clean and with continuous care, everything one needs for a vacation is available, the balcony is very nice, the location is great - just next to the beach and a short walk away from the old town and the centre as well as not very long distance to other beaches. And really appreciated - the kind and helpful owner who is very helpful and gives advice on attractive trips. I recommend the place for enjoying a smooth holiday.

✓ The property is at a short distance from the beach,at a walk distance from various supermarkets and from the old harbour and old town. The room was clean,the kitchen and terrace being a plus. The owner is very kind ,the staff also is kind and smiley. The bed was large and the mattress was perfect. In the night there was silence . For me it was the perfect room considering the price I payed for it. I would stay again.

✗ The only little inconveniance was the fact that you had to start the heating for the water yourself and shut it after 15 min. But the temperature of the water was kept for at least 30 min-45 min even more ,so you could take the shower at your own pace. Anyway I can understand why we ,the tourists, had to do that.It's the energy crise that hit many countries in Europe ,including Grece.So,yes,I accepted it with understanding and agree to it.

Exceptional

✓ Friendly host and a very cute dog. Upon check-in, we were provided with useful information about the interesting places of Chania and a map with precise directions. The apartments are small, but very cozy. The room had everything you need: soap, shampoo, hair dryer, electric stove, toaster, refrigerator, dishes. Spacious balcony. The sea is nearby, 2 minutes on foot. A beautiful promenade with an incredible sunset that leads to the old town. Parks and children's attractions on the left, very tasty coffee and sweets 10m from the hotel, on the way to the sea. Many shops, markets and cafes nearby, as well as a shop with fresh seafood. Bus stop in 10-15 minutes, from where you can get to the airport in 30 minutes.

Perfect little hideaway

✓ Extremely clean and had kitchen facilities.I got more for my money than I expected.Owner was very helpful.Great location,however initially I found it difficult to find due to Greek Street naming.Easiest way is from the beach front.
