We can absolutely recommend the place but I think that there will be better apartments.
✓ Place: Zavala is perfect place, ideal beaches for children and more than one :-). Apartment: Perfect terrace, we spent most of the time there. Owner: He is dear kind elderly gentleman
✗ Apartment: Kitchen stuff needs modernize: enamel pots were trendy tenths years ago :-), teflon pan wthout teflon is a litle bit problem, electric watering can was missing and oven also. And last thing is very small fridge. If you will not cook, you dont need to solve :-). No wardrobes (only one that smells by chemical varnish = we didnt use it) Owner: Owner doesnt speak any language except croatian what was a litlle bit problem during communication but finaly we agreed together of course :-). We are 4 members family (2 small children) for right point of view :D
