Nice hotel, comfortable, some niggles with WiFi and housekeeping, but overall good, some way to go to be excellent

✗ The WiFi was poor, sometimes better to use data. Needed frequent re logging in, including every time you re entered the property. Housekeeping occasionally missed a few things, like putting the sheets back on the bed

A very good alternative to stay close to Part-Dieu station
✓ The room looks good and warm. I had to stay 1 night and I got all I needed. The staff is very friendly. The location is only a couple of tram stops away from the train station; super convenient.
✗ The guests are charged 5 EUR to access to the fitness room. I can understand that the spa area is not free, but it's the first I've been asked a fee for a fitness room.
