We had a perfect stay in charming Ragusa

✓ Great, convenient location. Also spacious and cozy apartment. With everything you need for a perfect stay. Helpful and kind host who provided many useful information which made our arrival smooth.

✓ Smooth communication, Cristina was really nice from the very first moment to the check out, extremely helpful! Sweet gesture to leave water in the fridge. Location itself is very convenient.

✗ Ground floor, no window per se, you have to open the door-window to the street to get some air. But to use curtains - you are on the street. Noisy from outside when open, otherwise - good insulation. Bed - too soft. Douche cabin not well separated, so you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor.

ok if you like corporate apartments

✓ The room was spacious and bright and in a good location. I liked that there was a coffee machine. Heater worked well.

✗ The host sent me a rude email because I had not responded fast enough to her email. Shower head was broken and kitchen is superficially equipped and not equipped for really cooking a meal. Check out time is at 10 but you can check out at 11 if you "like" them on social media, so if you don't use social media, set your alarm to get up early. Doesn't seem quite fair to me to make people check out early just because they aren't on instagram. Also, I asked the host about transportation and she gave me the number for her taxi guy, but failed to mention that the bus stop was 50 meters away.
