✓ The staff is very helpful, friendly, understandable, great, generous and fresh breakfast, great place to be, I believe this is going to be my second home from now on once in Einsiedeln 🥰 I deeply felt in love with the place and I love having real conversations with real people! Even though I arrived late for check in, there was a staff at the reception. Safe place as well 🥰

✓ Literally nothing I could recommend.

✗ Hotel is very old/dated and rooms have furniture that's neither comfortable nor updated in last two dozen years. I did not expect shared bathroom and shower facilities and seemed to be hidden from plain view in property description. Room is tiny, literally you cannot turn around easily in it. There is no TV in the room and hotel wifi is dodgy and requires constant re-authentication. Signal is very poor in rooms. Limited check in and check out time. Nobody welcomed us during check out times as we had early flight, even thought it was checkout time. Staff at breakfast are very rude and called us "idiots" as we arrived 10 min earlier for breakfast when we had very early flight and wanted to have only a cup of coffee before breakfast officially started. Very noisy guests that seem to be heavy on alcohol in hotel lobby and no staff to remind them of quiet time while we were trying to do late night meetings on laptop. Officially a three start hotel, but in reality barely a two star, or better to say one star hotel.

✓ Playing room. If Bowling would be functioning, it would exceed my expectations

✓ Excellent staff, breakfast, and location with respect to the lake and Einsiedeln.

✗ Despite the good price I felt like the rooms with shared facilities are too noisy. Everything from the restaurant outside, to use of the sanitary facilities, to talking and snoring guests can be heard clearly. Bring earplugs and the quality of the stay can be improved considerably.

Great place to stay and great people as staff, knowledgeable and problems solving. Customer service was a pleasure.

✓ First, the location is absolutely beautiful. Great areas to socialise, the lounge and dining room perfectly clean also we could enjoy a fresh lemonade and snacks.
