Good appartement, terrible agency.

✓ Nice appartement. Good location.

✗ The renting agency has a terrible way for check in. If you do not Check in in time, you must pay a fine which is not understandable because we could check in alone. Also, the way you are charged is not transparent.

Excellent weekend away in Gdansk with friends

✓ Location was perfect, 5min walk right into the centre of Gdansk. Shops and small supermarket to stock up on essentials within 50 yards, and scooters outside if you want to go anywhere further afield. Apartments were modern, clean and had a great view over the river. Excellent facilities - wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I visit.

✗ The only small snag I had was with the air con in my bedroom - it intermittently just started buzzing in the middle of the night and woke me up a few times. I was too busy enjoying myself to report it tbf, so they may well have noticed and fixed it by the time you arrive! Everything other than that was perfect.

✓ first of all management just informed me. ( please note - they did not ask just inform after booking was paid ) that air conditioner service will arrive from 10 to 12 next day. okay. those people were late. and “it should be pretty much fast procedure “. “fast procedure” lasted for 2 hours and while my trips were booked and paid. so I had to cancel. and watching 3 loud polish guys running between my bathroom and balcony and moving my items. hello. if you have service works just don’t rent it to clients this day. that’s extreme form of being greedy. so these guys just checked one ac and it took 2 hours. so I had to ask them to come back another day to check the second one. day was ruined. noise. waiting for those service people who were late and laughing and screening for 2 hours in my apt. a cherry on top is that management asked me a day before the departure what time I m gonna leave. sounds and feels like a kick on ass. usually those automatic messages are sent in the morning of a departure day. in general. good properties. disgusting and disrespectful management

Great location, customer care could be improved

✓ Great location, few minutes walk to old town. lovely view overlooking the river. Comfortable beds. Good heating.

✗ Only one key for group of 6. Sofa bed was not made up although it was charged for full number of people sleeping. Staff on check in were not very helpful. Toilet rolls for first day only, were expected to buy your own after that. three nights but apartment was not cleaned or fresh toilets given during that time.
