✓ Nice area, good restaurants on the beach. Quick check in and checkout. Not enough umbrellas at the pool.

✗ The blackout curtains aren’t working effectively. That‘s the only negative thing about the stay. Other than that it’s an amazing establishment.

Beautiful hotel with 5* amenities but NOT 5* service
✓ The hotel itself is beautiful, the room/bathroom was spacious and clean. There’s a lot of restaurants which is always great when you don’t want to leave the hotel. The spa is small but cute; the massage rhat I had was incredible
✗ The service: I didn’t find them professional at all; maybe because we were 4 young girls. I guarantee you they wouldn’t have treated us like that other wise. We had issue at check-in which was an error in their payment system, the room was at that time paid 3/4 of the price yet they refused to put our luggages in the room until they received the money on their end (which was sent). They have other cards in the system + passports, we weren’t going anywhere, they should have let us in our room in the meantime. We didn’t even get an introduction about the hotel and facilities. Whenever we asked for things (which were bare minimum eg: getting a taxi) it was always no. This is a 5* hotel yet they make your life more difficult. The service in the pool area was hot and cold; sometimes we had amazing staff or sometimes we had staff who clearly shouldn’t be working there: chasing them to order food then getting the food but not giving us cutlery or plates. Little things like that shouldn’t happen in a 5* hotel. We order room service and they forget half the order. We didn’t feel welcome or taken care of throughout our stay.

Thank you for your question. If you are staying at the Hotel the Balinese bed have a minimum expend. Our DJ plays music from Mon to Thurs in one area & from Fri to Sun in a different area, so depending on the day you can have both music and quiet.
