Our stay was luxurious and delightful.
✓ The rooms I booked were next to each other which made our experience fun. The hotel is in a quiet business area. Breakfast was delicious and filling. It was the best hotel breakfast we've had in a while. There was a variety to chose from.

You get a very upscale boutique hotel for a really great budget price.
✓ It's a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location and absolutely great value for money! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Kimberly and would stay there again myself if I ever go back to Kimberly myself. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The underground parking is very secure (with an automatic roller shutter door) and you need a key card to enter or exit from it. It's located in a central part of town but still very quite rooms and you don't get any traffic noise.
✗ I wish there was a lift in the hotel so that I didn't have to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs when checking in and out of the hotel. I wish there was a wall / door between the bathroom and the bedroom, instead it was all part of the same room. I mean if I had a guest visit me or if I was traveling with someone they would have had absolutely no privacy while using the bathroom. My last gripe was that when ordering dinner or breakfast more often than not the waiters would screw up my order so I wish the hotel could implement a policy of having the waiters write down your order instead of trying to remember it (I was eating by myself and they couldn't even keep a single order straight I would hate to think what it would have been like if more people were dining with me).

✓ Breakfast was great bringing through the uniqness of this amazing facility with in house home baked bread & special attention to detail luke everything else you encounter in the Hotel…..too much to mention but a feast for those who appreciate top quality design & decor. Deserving of all the stars!

✗ We were three colleagues travelling together, one single room.and 1 room with 2 singles beds( special request ). For the room with 2 people, we got a king size bed to share. Was a bit awkward but not a deal breaker.

Good Day Shaun We are 4.4km away from the airport, we offer free airport shuttle between the hotel and the airport. We are 2.8km from the High court, we can also offer a shuttle service to the high court at a tariff. Thank you Kimberley Anne Team

Good Day Our kitchen closes as 21h00 for orders, but on Sundays, we only serve dinner to our in-house guests. We can arrange a tour with a local tour guide who will take you to interesting tourist sites. Thank you Kimberley Anne Team

Good Day Our rooms architecture and spacing are unfortunately not designed for additional mattresses to be added in the rooms. However we have alternative of booking 2 rooms next each other which have a passage that closes off for exclusivity.
