A lovely Chamber d’Hote with extremely helpful hosts.

✓ It was very comfortably appointed, the room was large and kept the heat of the day out. The hosts were exceptionally helpful in describing hikes to take.

✗ I didn’t like that YOU, Booking.com, take $10 for letting me use your algorithms. The price of the room is $60, but I was charged $70. When I asked the host, they said the $10 was your fee. This seems exorbitant to me—14%. I don’t know if the reservation mentioned this or not, but if it did it was in extremely small print. I will try to avoid booking with you in the future because of this.

✓ Superb B&B - friendly helpful hosts, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, and a wonderful "table d'hôte" at dinner. Strongly recommended!

Such a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

✓ Very welcoming hosts. A very pretty location and the accommodation was very characterful and spacious. Good bathroom also. A very good dinner was provided at an excellent price and breakfast the next morning was excellent.

✗ The double bed was too small and please get some better pillows. This does seem to be a common problem in rural France we are finding.

A wonderful, unique and comfortable stay.

✓ This is a wonderful hotel with a lot of traditional character but all the necessary modern amenities, and great value for money. The location is perfect, the complimentary breakfast is both superb and unique (local produce and home cooked), and the room was large and very comfortable. I would recommend taking the option of the evening dinner, as it is delicious and home cooked and is a great way to meet fellow guests. The hosts were so friendly as well.

✓ Very attentive hosts, lovely property, stunningly beautiful location in quiet old town. Fantastic homemade breakfast - included in cost of room - with a great choice of yoghurt, crepe, bread & tarte à la pomme.

✗ Only minor issue was couldn't access free Wifi on final nights stay, not a real issue at all.
