Very good

✓ Good location for my needs. Clean, basic room was good value for money. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

✗ Bathroom could be cleaner.

Beautiful property but can be even better

✓ The location was great. Walking distance to Morjim beach. Hotel is amid a lot of greenery. Clean property and rooms. Extra chill out area was also great. Owner was also helpful.

✗ If you are traveller that expect the staff to go extra mile, you will be sorely disappointed. It also needs better signage as it was difficult to find the property initially.

Orange delight

✓ Great location, tucked away. Really well kept, building and grounds. Staff there, Mani and Subhash are amazing. Lovely people and always in hand to help.

✗ Some guests were a little noisey at times which was a shame as such a peaceful location.

Different Stay Provided. Average

✓ We were given a different accomodation. Their housekeeping boy and caretaker were very co-operative and friendly.

✗ We were not given this property. Rather just before the day of our arrival, we were informed that we could not stay there as their russian owner has missed his flight and will stay there. Instead we had to stay at Morjim Guest House which was average.

Exceptional

✓ no approach road, no inhouse restaurant or cafe, no drinking water available, no T.V, far from beach, away from all happening places of morjim ... ...but who's complaining! this place is a 10 for me!

Passable

✗ too expensive for this place. refrigerator is rattling. Old bathroom. No bed, only mattress on the floor.
