Wonderful stay at Mowies on beautiful Gili Air

✓ Loved this hotel! Gili Air is beautiful and there are no cars or motorised transport and it was like staying in paradise on a gorgeous beach. The accommodation is in bungalows and we had a mixture of superior bungalows, beach bungalows and family rooms. The family rooms were great with bunk beds and a lovely verandah with hammocks. The superior bungalow was amazing with a sunken bath and large terrace with sofa and hammock. All the bathrooms were lovely open air ones. The breakfast was tasty and the we ate here for dinner one night and the food was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you and organised for bikes to get around the island and also a snorkelling trip to Gili Meno. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance and great sunsets plus only about an 8 minute walk from the port. Just wish we'd had time to stay longer!

Amazing stay by the beach

✓ Loved everything about my stay, the only thing I would add is a kettle in the room. Bed was really comfortable, cant remember last time I slept so well. Staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. Delicious food.

Would definitley stay again!

✓ Great location right on the beach. Easy walk from where the boats arrive. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas. Nice little pool. Great restaurant and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable rooms with great showers.

stayed here for four nights and it was super relaxing, staff were amazing and friendly. will definitely be coming back

✓ we stayed in the deluxe cabins, the bed was extremely comfy the room was well payed out with nice decor. it at everything you needed there. right next to the beach and had a great pool.

✗ the extractor fan didn’t work in our bathroom to clear out the mist.

✓ Mowies is a dream come true - exceptional accommodation (beautiful little beach huts set amongst a very pretty garden each with beautiful bathrooms & the comfiest beds) and a stunning restaurant leading onto it's own section of pristine Gili beach. The staff are all so incredibly welcoming & helpful & it was by far our favourite place to eat on the island as well as enjoy a cocktail or two. By far the best place to stay on Gili Air & we would return in a heartbeat. Missing this magical place already x
