✓ An excellent location in the very heart of Lviv. The staff was most helpful and friendly. I really loved it.
✗ 1. The cable of the kettle is too short so that you cannot connect it when it is on the table. 2. You should explicitly say that it may be the fourth floor without the lift. Sometimes such things make problems.
