Terrible!
✗ The toilet was blocked every single day. We requested the reception team everyday to either change our room or do something about the toilet but unfortunately nothing was done. Every single day the toilet was flooded. Very poor house keeping, towels were not changed for two days!

✓ I always stay at this property and I love it here great location too. Staff are amazing and helpful from reception to the cleaners to the bar tenders, and the waiters and waitresses they are all amazing!!!!
✗ I didn’t like that I had to constantly request for the room to be cleaned I stayed with my friends for 2 weeks. The rooms were clean but you could see dust and the never cleaned the bathroom properly it was just a simple replace towels. If they actually clean the rooms properly there would be no faults at all

Our spa department will serve in February. The sauna isnt recommended for children aged 9 years the specified service can be used under parental supervision. But the use of indoor pool does not pose any danger to children. Price is 300 tl per person.
