Very good
✓ Location is great, close to all points of interest in the historical town, yet silent enough to be able to get some good sleep. Check-in/out was simple and pleasant, the apartment is nicely furnished and the host is very friendly
✗ As long as soap and shower products are facilitated, I don't see why they can't fill up basics from earlier stays. For shorter stays, buying dish soap, washing powder, salt, and pepper (all basics) can become wasteful. Everyone has to buy these things, but leftovers are cleaned out every time a new guest comes

It was an enjoyable stay with an excellent location in a comfortable apartment.
✓ Our stay at the apartment was excellent; the host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with plenty of valuable information, the location was perfect with easy access to the Metro and vibrant markets, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and equipped with a quiet and effective air conditioning system; the host even organized our taxi to the train station, making our trip even more convenient.
✗ The absence of basic essentials like dishwashing liquid, a sponge, extra toilet paper, and kitchen basics like tea, coffee, and detergent, which meant we had to purchase these items ourselves during our stay.

Expensive but lacking amenities and all those little things to make rhe stay worthwhile/comfy.

✗ We booked because of the wahine machine, but no washing powder or pegs. Also no microwave or dishwashing liquid. We had three people and stayed three nights but ony had two mini soaps for the entire stay. Dusty apartment and beds, the aircon made it worse and set off my asthma as well as my cousins'. The floor was dirty and the toilet seat had drip stains We booked a double and two singles, had to argue with the owner before he organised a second single bed and the beds were not comfy, especially the rollaway bed. The pictures featured an outdoor area/balcony that you could relax on, this was not available. If we opened the windows for fresh air there was construction right outside, so no privacy and dusty air and constant noise. They offered to hold our bags but for a price. Everything was for a price.

✓ It was clean a good size and the air con was perfect very quiet and the right temperature the man who greeted us was very polite and organised our taxi to airport very efficient

✓ It was in a great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. A supermarket close by.
✗ No welcome pack. Having to buy dishwashing liquid, and items for the dishwasher when you are only staying a few nights. Other apartments we have had in Italy have had a welcome/starter pack.

✓ Very good location, friendly and helpful host, great terrace!
✗ I can't understand why such a nice place doesn't have dishwashing liquid, a sponge, more toilet paper, extra dishwasher tablets, salt/pepper, tea, etc. After all, it doesn't cost much, and after checking in, no one wants to run to the store and buy such basic things. But despite that, the apartment is great!

We would recommend it with the added note on getting more keys and making sure ac worked.
✓ We were. met by the management and all the rules and amenities were explained.
✗ Sometimes the AC did not work and it was difficult having one key for three people.

in the second room there is sofa ...wjhn we have to use it , we take out the cover and it is a normal size ingle bed . When we need a second one we take out from the bottom another single bed same size thanks gino
