Great stay by a group of 5 of us during Oktoberfest (we booked two rooms). The staff are an absolute gem and the sauna

✓ Nice location, very close to the metro so getting around Munich is a breeze! Also the staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing!

✗ The gym could use a couple of free weights, they only have cardio equipment.

great location for undergrounf to Oktoberfest. Room too hot however during heat wave.

✓ Staff great, location fantastic to get on the underground to city centre, bed comfy, shower very good, blackout blind nice feature.

✗ NO AIR CON, all 8 guests said the same thing. Get the air con updated, and a couple of vending machines selling reasonably priced water in the foyer and it will be perfect next year.

IN MANY WAYS NICE PLACE TO STAY IF YOU DON'T REQUIRE TO BE DOWNTOWN.

✓ COURTIOUS FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS HUGE BENNEFIT SLEEP LATE TO HAVE BREAKFAST BEFORE 10 AM GUEST ROOM A BIT SMALL BUT OVERALL PLESANT CLEANESS APEARS TO BE GOOD

✗ I STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY ON SEVERAL VISITS TO MUNICH & IN THE PAST I DID QUALIFY FOR ROOM THAT WAS A BIT MORE SPACY, PREVIOUSLY I MISS THAT OTHERWISE QUITE PLEASENT TO STAY THERE. THE RESERVATION SYSTEM IS LACKING IMPORTANT FEATURES BUT THE HOTEL DOESN'T CONTROL THAT PART BOKING DOES.
