the night shift staff is extremely polite n friendly. giving suggestions and all assistance needed. thumb up!

✓ a balcony that has sea view. very convenient access to the Kenting Night Market. just 1 short street behind and we are saved from those buzzy noise from the street.

✗ cleanliness needs to be improved. biscuits crumbs n dead baby croaches near the sofa area

✓ The room is clean, we were given a room facing the back alley. Price is reasonable, but there is limited facilities in the room. no cattle, no shampoo. There is free Water dispenser in the hall way with hot and cold water.

Fabulous

✓ The staff was really nice and friendly. We checked out past 10pm and the guy even gave some snacks for us to eat in case we get hungry on our way home. Night market is just walking distance. Beaches are near.

✗ I parked my car in front of the hotel on the roadside according to the staff instruction and was told it’s free. Nevertheless a month later I received a letter with a fine ticket for parking violation. Moreover a ticket that was attached to the car under a wiper and clearly visible on the fine ticket picture disappeared magically so I couldn’t find it and raise that issue on the spot.

✓ The staff is very friendly. You can see and hear the ocean from your room. Access to a non-swimming beach is right across the street and swimming beaches are nearby. Night market is minutes away and so is the foot massage place!

Unexpected journey, it turned out to be an excellent experience

✓ The stuff was super hospitality to every guest. She provides exceptional knowledge if you talk to her, you would learn a lot from what she knew as well. I stayed there was accidentally due to too late and just book the room anyway, but it turned out to be an excellent experience. Love it.
