Fabulous

✓ The staff was great. They were helpful and full of local suggestions for food and activities. The hotel's restaurants were life savers. Excellent food! Hats off to the chef! The hotel's interior was nice and up to date. The pool area was lack luster, but it's a nice night time vibe. Front desk staff was phenomenal!

✗ The location was ok. I'm used to a five star hotel, in an upscale local. The location was just average . If you want a more immersion feel into the local life this is a good stay. If you want the more touristy vibe this is not it.

Overall, the stay was great.

✓ The hotel was clean & the staff was friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was good, except for one chicken dish. The chicken was too tough to cut.

✗ The person cleaning our room didn't clean it. She only emptied the trash and replaced a few towels. The beds were not made. She did not supply the extra towels we requested.

worth your money !

✓ i like the amenities, the Pool was awesome, and the customer service was great too, and I loved the location super close to everything within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. the parking was also a plus!

✗ i didn’t like that the pool was only open from 8-8pm, it would’ve been awesome if ir were open a little later and some of the furniture was a little out dated and a little smelly but other than that it was great

Amazing stay and they made my week easy!

✓ Recently stayed for a week and I really enjoyed myself. Front desk staff was amazing and accommodating the entire stay! Maria is a Gem! ❤️ I only did breakfast at the restaurant a few times but the French toast was my favorite. Buffet looked good just never tried it. The location is amazing! Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well as a wal green and gas station. That gas station is 24 hours and sale’s alcohol so literally everything you need is right there for your stay. My room was nice loved the colors . I had a king room with balcony. Only thing with the rooms is I wish it had patio furniture. Would have been nice to sit out there sometimes and bathroom was tiny. Loved it had a microwave since a lot of hotel rooms don’t anymore. Def would stay again.

Greetings! We provide courtesy pool towels at the Front Desk, which you can certainly take to the beach as well. At the Isla Verde Beach you may find rental places for beach chairs and umbrellas.

Is there a swimming pool? Is there airport shuttle to and from the hotel?

Greetings! Our pool is located in the lobby, open from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please note Shuttle Services are not available in the San Juan/Metro area. If needed, our Front Desk team can assist in arranging for taxis during the stay.

I am wondering if there is a location in the Hotel to keep our Luggage in until we have to leave for a Cruise Ship we check out at 11 am and the cruise is not leaving until 7 pm ??

Greetings! While we do offer rollaway beds subject to availability, please note that as per Fire Department protocols, our guest rooms can only accommodate up to 4 guests each.

Greetings! Breakfast is available every day from 6:00am to 10:00am. American Buffet is $18.99 plus tax for adults, and $9.99 plus tax for children under 10 years old. We also offer an " a la carte menu" and Brunch on weekends until 2:00pm.
