Good, inexpensive choice for a stay in the greater Barcelona area

✓ It has two separate bedrooms (second floor apartment in a stand-alone house) in a quiet, working class neighborhood, so, plenty of free street parking available. Only a 10 minute walk to a (Carrefour) 24-hr hypermarket. Before arrival all communications and instructions were good and fast over WhatsApp. The hostess didn't speak a lot of English or Spanish but it wasn't a problem at all. Everything in the apartment worked fine. One and a half hour drive to BCN airport during the morning rush hour (as expected).

✗ The kitchen was very small (max 1 person at the time), wine glasses would have been nice, there was no laundry machine. Shower plate fills up quickly and some repairs made are visible but perhaps some maintenance and refurbishment needed in the near to mid term. Overall, no complaints.

✓ Spacious and very clean apartment, big and extremely comfortable bed. The kitchen is fine and the wifi works well. The location is so so (1.5km from the train station of Les Fonts) but then one knows that when one books, so a little unfair to criticise after the event.
