I recommond everyone to staty there because of its price, staff and facilities

✓ It is a good accomodation to stay in Matera for several months

Fabulous

✓ They let me check in early for no additional cost. I just had to wait 20 minutes until the room was cleaned and that's it. The room was quite spacious for one person. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the AC was a godsend. Good location not too far from the city centre and away from the noisy streets. I was able to get a good night's sleep and can definitely recommend this place.

✗ I think breakfast could have been better compared to other places I visited in Italy.

Close to the city center, but feels like school dormitory.

✓ 5 minutes from city center and sightseeing. Calmer than in the center. Free parking and base breakfast is included.

✗ Too expensive for the comfort that you receive. Beds are small and uncomfortable. Rooms are dark and the building is a bit weird, looks like dormitory.

✗ The place was hard for me to find as it is set high on a hill and back from the road, and the street address was for a private drive that was not posted on my maps. Better location instructions would have been welcome.
