✓ Rooms are well furnished and the beds are comfortable / very quiet location and close to Segovia as well Staff are professional and friendly / and helpful !
✗ I propose that since they do not have a reception and one has to go down the road to another hotel to pick up they key that they should put a very visible and clear notice on the door . I arrived late in the night and there was a misunderstanding and this can be avoided by placing a very good explanation on the door directing guests. It should be in different languages too
