The staff keep it very clean and are very friendly, the pool is great. Location super convenient for restaurants and everything you need.

✓ Host Chams was amazing, very helpful and kind. The pool is very nice, our apartment was spacious and clean. Quiet and relaxed, breakfast was very good. Overall very enjoyable stay, felt very much at home and we came back at the end of our two weeks trip in Sri Lanka. It was still the best place we stayed at.

✓ Staff is nice and helpful, they have also organized transfer from the airport to the Residence. The room is clean and with everything you may need. The Residence is close to the Negombo beach area, full of shops, restaurants snd bars.

Hi from airport to Christima it’s only 20 minutes by car. Yes we will be there to meet you. We can also provide self check in procedure.
