✓ The pool was great and the kids had a lot of fun in there. The person at the reception was helpful with directions for our trip to Venice.
✗ We had to go to a travel agency to confirm that we have arrived (and fill in manually the travel form) and from there you get the directions for the hotel which is 2-3 km away. That stop was quite useless, and everything could've been sorted much easily at the reception. The fact that the pool and jacuzzi closes at 20:00 was annoying. The fact that they give you a single roll of toilet paper is ridiculous. Although there's a kitchen, don't expect any basic things to be present, such as salt, oil, or vinegar. Also, there's no detergent for dish washing or detergent for the washing machine.
