✓ This Hotel is immaculate and in a great location it's just a short minute walk to Fewa lake. The views of Fewa Lake and the surrounding mountains were absolutely phenomenal from my room. Staff were very accommodating and super friendly and happy to help out with any needs. If you're looking for somewhere special to stay in pokhara for value for money. This is a great option. Highly recommend :)

Memorable stay memorable people.

✓ The room was very spacious and very neat. Balcony view was awesome with one side lake and the other side mountains. Location likely one of the best place in Pokhara for the nature lovers. moreover the people at service all are too good and too cool with smile on the face all the time.

✗ What not.. love this hotel and people in all the aspects. The Manager Mr. Ram is wonderful guy. He helps us to plan our trip and spent a day with us to showing the beauty of Pokhara. you are amazing mr. ram. and at the reception coiner Ms. Sanjana.. she is the another amazing person with great smile. Not particularly one or two but all the people too good and strongly recommended. Our 3 days stay in pokhara trip was went good because of all these people.

No regrets

✓ The room was big and clean, from the room view to the Himalays and from the balcony to the lake. Wife worked. A bathtub. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The best hotel in my stay in Nepal.

✗ The procedure with the breakfast was a bit strange. The breakfast was not included, but you get a lot of value for the money.

Nice hotel & Location

✓ The service and welcoming was fantastic. The rooms have a good view tho the balconies tend to be very small on the backside of the hotel. My 1st room on the 7th floor was nice and spacious, very small balcony, it had a bath tub which was a bonus and large TV with excellent sky channels for relaxing. my 2nd room was on the 4th floor and still spacious tho had a much better and larger balcony. The staff are very friendly and the manager is such a nice man and always up for a good chat. Breakfast was good and the coffee station was excellent.

✗ On early morning checkout @6am there were no staff, but only a security man. l rechecked back into hotel as all flights were cancelled. So l returned back to hotel and they checked me in straight away tho never gave a price. So on checkout the security guy didn’t know and l had told him that l paid 4000 per night for top floor room w/breakfast so he just said 3500 for the room l had which is wrong as l never got breakfast and the room was basic. So for 500 less l would have been better to get room on top floor and l could have got it cheaper on Booking.com through my account

✓ This hotel is fantastic. perfect location for lake and shops and restaurants. the views of Annapurna are spectacular. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
