✓ The location
✗ The safe in the room was not bolted so whether you got a safe or not is the same thing as you can take the whole thing and walk out with it. Also I woke up one morning with no hot water. No advice was given by the hotel. I called them to see what’s going on and they said they had a problem with the boiler. So I could not shower to go to my work. They offer to go to another hotel to shower but it was last minute and after I had discovered ther is no hot water so too little to late as I had to go my work appointment. I spoke to the owner and he offered 4€ compensation for the lack of hot water in the morning!!! On the photo you can see the safe I put on the balcony how easy is to move. Use your imagination!

El check in se puede hacer online, la hora de entrada es a las 15:00. Haremos todo lo posible por dársela antes pero si no estuviese a su llegada el Hotel dispone de consignas para poder dejar el equipaje.

Our Hotel is dog friendly. We accept pets with an extra cost of 25€/stay. The parking is 32.50€/night. Madrid center is a restricted area, you need an authorization from a parking to get in. Your car doesn't have to exceed allowed emissions.

Check in is at 15:00 and check out at 12:00. Your request depends completly on the previus guest, that´s the reason why we are not able to guarrantee an early check in. Nevertheless we could keep your luggage if the room wasn´t ready upon arrival.

Hola!! No podemos confirmar nunca al 100% la cama doble o dos camas individuales debido a que depende de disponibilidad. Pero siempre intentamos hacer todo lo posible por cumplir las peticiones de nuestros huéspedes. Un saludo!

La hora del check in es a las 15h. Si a su llegada no tenemos la habitación disponible siempre puede dejar las maletas en consigna. Son taquillas que funcionan con una moneda de 1€
