FANTASTIC

✓ The staff here were amazing and friendly. The location is beyond perfect. Everything is walkable- takes less than 10 min to get to the convenience store like Family Mart & 7-11. There's also near to the public transport instantly accessible. Our room was on the 13th floor and faced the mountain and what a magnificent view it was especially at night, our room was lovely and big and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple pillow options. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was really well maintained.

✓ Big room. lovely wooded floor.

✗ - unfortunately when I was checking in, large group arrived too. In the mid of checking me in , the receptionist went to do something else and left me standing at reception. I have to ask another receptionist to complete my check in. - when asked about local sites, they said they were busy checking in groups, and I should come back later when they are not busy. - the rooms severely lack sound proofing and fire safety. there was at least 3cm gap between floor and bottom of the room door. The noises from the corridor just traveled into the room, especially from the groups. - very ordinary breakfast

The washroom toilet was broken and we asked them several times to change the room but they kept on fixing the toilet but
