Cute, cosy and great value

✓ Very comfy and cosy bed. Very cute courtyard and reception/bar area. Facilities clean. Bed even bigger then expected (you can even fit your large hand luggage with you on the mattress)

✗ Dorms are a bit loud due to people always coming and going. Cabin is a little warm but cosy. There's a ventilation system but no ac to regulate airflow.

✓ The location is great and the price was basically a gift.

✗ They didn't change the sheets one single time during my 3 days stay. My sheets were clean, but stained. When I arrived, they didn't explain to me how the hostel works (where to get the towels, which toilets/bathrooms could I use, etc...)

Simple, cosy and efficient place. I enjoyed it and staff was very nice.

✓ Great location, very welcoming and cosy bar/breakfast/reception area on the main floor. Nice double bedroom with a comfortable bed and nice welcoming staff. I really enjoyed my stay in this place! I also love the feedback request. They really make an effort to ask their guests feedback and understand what they can improve on. That's a big plus for me because they show they care and wish to listen and improve 😊

✗ • Inside the hotel rooms, bathrooms and general directions throughout the hotel area are not marked very well. So it's not very intuitive to know which doors to open, where to go to find the bathrooms etc. • I found only 2 bathrooms and 3-4 showers shared amongst a whole floor of 40-50 people. But maybe there were more and I simply didn't know where/how to reach them. One of these 2 bathrooms had a broken lock so the door was constantly open while in use. Not exactly practical to have to keep the door closed while using the toilet and people are trying to come in all the time. In the same bathroom toilet paper was on the floor because there was no toilet paper holder. Not very hygienic. But I reported this to the staff and they explained they had ordered the parts which were on the way. • Lastly I had a room with windows on the inner yard. From 6:30am onwards there are often deliveries of goods transported with transpallets on the old rocky path underneath. That process is very noisy on that kind of surface and it echoes in all the yard so it becomes very noisy. I would recommend to build some kind of tracks or flat stones to create a path for the delivery of goods. Much faster for the couriers, the hotel staff and much more silent for guets 😊

✓ Excellent location, great value for money, comfortable beds, capsules were a decent size, usb and iPhone plug points

✗ the capsules really do need better ventilation and can get a bit warm and stuffy.

Not sure what I should be expecting here

✓ Capsule is clean, & contrary to many recent reviews, my capsule is ventilated fine, & was a decent night's sleep. This is my personal experience, & it may vary based on floor and/or season. Loved the bar at the lobby/reception area, offers decently priced tap beers & a good space to hangout.

✗ It's right in the middle of a very touristy area (Nyhavn), so if you're carrying a lot of luggage it's gonna be a problem. The capsule hotel does not provide complimentary towels or toiletries, so this a big note for anyone travelling light or without the above. Wall knobs or hooks are few and very far between, in your capsule pod or out about, especially in the shower rooms.

✗ The shared bathroom was too small for the number of people. I think I needs to be clean more often. My first night the single room I stayed in smelled. They moved me to a different room on the second night.
