✗ It’s my third time to stay in this hotel! Since I have good experience before so I highly recommended to my friends! After three years Covid 19, this hotel becomes worst, facilities stay old & dirty, simple Japanese food without style Hotel staff were not very polite and no reply to my complaints I think the hotel owner may be changed to foreigner but not Japanese so they didn’t care about the customer service at all I and my friends shall never stay in hotel again!

✓ - Room was spacious for one person. Felt like a legitimate Japanese Room experience. - Views of the Mountains were great. - Baths were clean.
✗ - A bit far from the station, however, it did not affect my experience as there is a shuttle bus to and from the place and taxis available.

✓ The onsen and garden. The hotel is spacious. Reasonable price with delicious dinner and breakfast provided.
✗ The interiors are a bit aged. Trains may pass nearby, the noise may be bothersome before the last train at around 23:00.
