Courtyard Marriott, Kingston made Jamaica extra Nice!

✓ The room was spacious, I had a great view of the park, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, no matter what time of the day or night it was. The bathroom was good and I was happy there was a tub, that I utilized after a great day on the road for Jamaica carnival. I felt safe there even when there was an earthquake whilst I was in the shower!!! Lorrrt! Lol! The location was great with a few local eateries within walking distance. The Pegasus was across the street. I would stay here again and be sure to have more leisure time to enjoy the amenities.

✗ There wasn't a bellman or none were available to assist. Otherwise, no complaints.

great except for restaurant which was important

✓ Staff at front desk very helpful and flexible. Things reported were quickly dealt with. They aimed to please.

✗ Breakfast and their staff was horrible. breakfast staff operated poorly and rudely under pressure . breakfast was finished before 1.5 hrs before closeoff and when staff tried to makeup for this, there was q delay and the food wasnt properly prepared. there was only one staff member that tried hard to make a differencr. he was very apologetic and aimed to please.

What are the rules for US Citizens staying at Courtyard by Marriott Kingston? Can we stay the night and drive to the airport in the morning?

Yes, you can stay the night and leave in the morning. Once you are authorized to travel to the island by the government, through the online registration and presenting a negative test.

I am aware that Kingston is not in the Resilient Corridor but I currently have a reservation for 2 rooms at Courtyard by Marriott Kingston 12/19-25.

New Kingston where we are located is considered among the "resilient corridor".

Does the pool work ? And also how many quest u entitle to take with u ?

The pool is open to in-house guests only. Our sleeping rooms hold a maximum of 4 persons.

Is there an airport shuttle service?

The hotel does not provide airport transfers. We however, have preferred taxi operators that can be used to pre-arrange transportation prior to arrival, or while on property.
