✓ It is comfortable and standard for what you pay. We needed a place to sleep just for one night and this one met the expectation. Nothing outstanding but ok for one, maximum two nights.

✗ We arrived after the check in schedule and there was an emergency number on the door. We had to call several times before someone picked up the phone. Maybe this “after reception closes” process could be improved.

Room was ok except for the unsafe area and people trying to break into our room in the night.

✓ Room was clean, it was cheap so we got what we paid for.

✗ The gate that was supposed to be locked so there wasn’t free access to our rooms was left unlocked. In the night we woke up to people running around all the floors banging on doors and trying to get into rooms, including ours that they tried several times. We left a day early because we felt unsafe and left before reception opened. I emailed them to let them know what had happened and never got a response.

Good but not so gooooood😅

✓ Good bedroom for 4 girls, very spacious, good air conditioning. Very friendly staff and always willing to help.

✗ The bathroom is a little deficient, they don't have a hose for the shower, so it was a little uncomfortable when it came to showering. Breakfast a little scarce, lack of variety, everything was croissant's.

Nice hotel, wonderful people, not far from the center

✓ Sweet hotel, big room and bathroom and absolute amazing staff. They were so helpful especially with getting our VW van in and out of the garage. They even waited for us after the office hours to help us. Always available and so welcoming. You can walk to the Spanish quarter and the historical centre in about 40 minutes, or take a bus from right across the street. If you like sweet breakfast, you'll be happy. We can really recommend! Thank you very much guys!
