It’s an auful place although it might seem cheap ! It’s in a good location indeed but it doesn’t worth staying there !

✓ The only good thing about this property it’s the location

✗ I didn’t like how dirty it was ! It’s very noisy ! It feels like there is no privacy at all ! You can listen noises from the room ! The pillows was so uncomfortable, in the middle of the pillows were soma kinda little stones , pebbles! Don’t know why this but this caused me ache and I couldn’t sleep well making me tired next days !

This hotel is cheap, clean and safe at a good location for sightseeing.

✓ The location is good. The staff is kind enough. The room equipped only with the minimum (bed, sofa, shower, toilet, sink) is clean and quiet, which is good if you go out for sightseeing early morning, come back late at night, and sleep. If you consider the purpose of your stay as well as the cost performance, this hotel may be a solution.

✗ I could not easily find this hotel "Xi'an See Tang Guesthouse" named on the website. You can identify the hotel as 西唐 at the entrance. I had an impression that the internal view of the hotel is different from the picture shown on the website. If you want to stay in luxury, this hotel is not a solution.

Nice room, lousy front desk

✓ the location is great near the South gate of the Wall and also near Bar Street. For the money the rooms were excellent. The bed and sofa in the room were both comfortable and everything was clean. The area around the hotel is quite interesting as well.

✗ The woman at the desk was the whole reason I probably will not stay there again. We had a Chinese friend call the hotel before we booked to make sure they were taking non-Chinese nationals during this epidemic period. They said yes. When we got there this woman said no. She had to send for an English speaker from a shop nearby and while that did get us in there was no sign given by her that she wanted us to be there.

✓ Very convenient location. Comfortable beds. 24hours convenience store downstairs

✗ Noisy. Bathroom stinks and I found cockroaches in the shower. No communal spaces available (restaurant on the terrace is nice, the staff there is very helpful,but its a separate facility). No advice provided by reception staff, who were quite annoyed with my request to change to another room: I had booked a double room and was assigned a twin, located next to the corridor and the restaurant, very noisy, whereas the double rooms are located on the same floor but in the back, in a much quieter area. No English spoken

WiFi - terrible! I

✓ everything is great: location, room, staff, new towels, clean linens. My favorite place to staying in Xi’an!!!

✗ not the first time in this place and I can't understand what the difficulty is to make a normal wifi on the fourth floor. he works there a couple of hours a day. this is terribly inconvenient. some dust under the bed
