Amazing comfortable space in a great location.
✓ My partner, our friend, and I enjoyed staying two nights in this apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. We especially like having an outside deck to enjoy a drink. The bedrooms each had large windows overlooking the neighborhood. The bath and kitchen were modern and well equipped, except for cook top. The owner was so helpful. When google maps got us stuck in a corner just two blocks from the apartment, the owner found us and guided us to a parking space nearby. Although the apartment is up four very narrow flights of stairs, the owner carried all of our luggage up and down the stairs. This level of service is beyond what I expected. If you are looking for exploring Catanaia on foot, the location is perfect. And we had excellent meals in the restaurants the owner recommended. We had a great experience staying in this apartment.
✗ We didn't understand that some areas of the apartment are shared with other guests. This was not a problem but a bit confusing.

✓ Carlo was a wonderful host, very helpful with everything I asked threw out our stay. The apartment was just lovely with a beautiful balcony. Great restaurants all around his apartment. Would stay again and share with friends and family.

✓ This sweet hotel is in an ideal location near the market and central square. The room was charming, exceptionally clean, and the shower was great: good pressure and plenty of hot water. Carlo, the host, could not have been more helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
