✓ Nice room and garden. Good Turkish breakfast served near the pool. No problem with wifi and hot water. Parking might be hard, but possible. Perfect location!!!

Acceptable, but far from perfect

✓ 1. Our host Hasan was very kind and welcoming, thanks to him! 2. Although we didn't use the pools (no need for them near the sea), we appreciated the cozy garden and especially the wonderful cats living there :) 3. We were provided with large sun umbrellas for free, which were very helpful (umbrellas on the Blue Lagoon beach are rather small and don't provide much shade, so adding an extra one was definitely a good idea). 4. The location allows to reach the beach in 5 minutes by foot. Unfortunately, Ölüdeniz is not the most pleasant place to walk through... but that's definitely not the fault of the hotel. Anyway, it's much better than taking a bus / taxi / car to the beach, which is the only option for the most part of the resort (traffic jams are horrible!)

✗ 1. The apartments used to be well equipped a long time ago, but they are not maintained properly. Many things are broken and not functioning in bathroom and kitchen. Owners should definitely pay more attention to their property. Small investment could greatly enhance overall impression. 2. The kitchen has only a small double electric stove, which takes ages to get hot. Even getting 1 liter of water to boil is very slow. Can't imagine cooking a large piece of meat on it. There is no proper oven either, just microwave. 3. Wi-Fi is incredibly slow and unstable. We had to switch to mobile data from our phones, as Wi-Fi was completely unusable. 4. The rooms had only few power outlets, all of them located inconveniently (not near the tables and beds). So in order to charge the phones, to power the laptops etc. you need to unplug TV, microwave oven, stove - and still cannot place everything conveniently. 5. The breakfast was very basic, you could get much more for the same money in nearby cafes. 6. Although booking.com says credit cards are accepted, they demanded cash only payment at check-in. 7. For longer stays, the lack of a washing machine is a serious drawback.

✓ location is really nice (close to beach but not close to clubs or loud music) and the owner and his daughter are really helpful! the room is really spacious so that was great and there was good air conditioner etc!

✗ unfortunately the wifi didn’t work very well in my room, so i had to leave my room to use it which was a bit inconvenient. the bathroom also had a bit of a weird smell and facilities were a bit dated but to be expected for the cheaper price!

✓ I loved every second of my stay! When I arrived, I could check in early (around 10 am).. they constable ask if I wanted to have tea or coffee and they are always smiling and friendly Room is fine! It was cleaned daily and the pool is really nice as well!
