A home away from home

✓ It had pretty much everything we needed even a washing machine. We wished we could’ve stayed longer.

✗ Traffic noise but was bearable with the doors/windows closed.

✓ Location was great and excellent communication on arrival from Anna and their team.

✗ No air-con at the top floor.

Disastrous at the end and surely just needs professional 'Customer Service' keep up good will.

✗ It was a HORRENDOUS ending to what was a lovely European trip and all it needed was a bit of common sense and 'Customer Service' by the host to prevent this sad ending. Whilst the apartment itself is quite pleasant, regrettably, there was a problem with the plumbing at this property on the 3rd day of a 5 night stay. The toilet and shower 'backed up' and both were UNUSABLE - we will leave any descriptions and photo's regarding this incident to the imagination and whilst we do appreciate that the host did make attempts to fix this problem when advised, it does not change the fact that THE APARTMENT WAS INHABITABLE, INSANITARY AND VERY UNHYGIENIC to say the least during this time. The apartment was vacated temporarily while a plumber was engaged late afternoon/early evening but the problem was not solved and we were advised around 10.30pm that night that the girls could return to the apartment but could NOT use the toilet or shower!! The most disappointing aspect was that THERE WAS NO HELP OR OFFER OF ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION OFFERED by the host. Four young girls were left stranded in the middle of the night frantically trying to find somewhere to stay in Sant'Agnello/Sorrento at the height of the summer season.... not an easy task! The money for the accommodation was paid UP FRONT and ALL WE ARE ASKING FOR IS A REFUND OF THE 2 NIGHTS' STAY. Obviously we also had to pay out for the ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION FOR TWO NIGHTS and this was not cheap! We have been asking for this refund since our return to Australia 3 weeks ago - but our request has fallen on deaf ears - both via booking.com and the host. This cannot be right and we will persevere with our endeavours to claim back the money that has been paid for accommodation that was inhabitable for the last two and a half days.

Nice and cozy

✓ Location and the appartment was very nice and cozy. Two bathrooms which was really convenient when travelling in group. Great communication with the host who was really willing to accommodate us and make our stay as convenient as possible.

✗ There was a slight problem with the water flow from the showers and sinks but was probably temporary. Nothing too inconvenient for a short stay.

Great apartment for visiting by car

✓ Great apartment, with 2 separated bathrooms and excellent location, also there is a local private underground parking for car! A host was very cute and funny :)

✗ We need to wash the dishes, if we don't then we have to pay additional money... That's strange, because we stayed in many apartments In Italy, and it's the first one, where we should wash it by ourselves or pay...

✓ the apartment has everything you need. very spacious, quiet, very central to great restaurants, bakeries, groceries etc. Host is very accommodating
