Great place and would be perfect for families. WIFI isn't good though
✓ There are a lot of facilities at the hotel. The pool was nice and the games room looked great fun. The food was decent too - both breakfast and dinner
✗ The WIFI at the hotel was awful. It never reached the rooms so did not help as we stayed here for business and was unable to join online calls.

Good resort
✓ The pool is great, big and clean, if you go in the morning is all yours. Rooms and amenities are OK, cleanliness also. Food is generally targeting Indian guests, but this is normal as 99% of the guests are locals. However, if you are looking for international food you could find several options. Staff is polite and eager to help.. Just two examples: They offer to provide an early breakfast (as I was leaving early). After an early swim in the pool the guy caring the pool came to me with a towel. And both were self initiative of the employees, I wasn't asking for any of those. OK, in some cases could be a language barrier but this is manageable.
✗ There was a problem with the noise coming from a nearby club(?), but this was not property fault. Access road is not in a good condition, but this again is not property fault. Actually, not everything is perfect as needed for a maximum rating, but the rating is to encourage the resort and people working there
