✓ The location was good, located near the sky tower. Parking is good and there is a parking garage you can use but only for very small vehicles. Wifi was good.
✗ Facilities were poor and overpriced. Did not look like the pictures at all. Allegedly I was on a non smoking floor but it still smelled like smoke and air freshener they sprayed to cover up the smell. Walls, sheets, and floor were stained. Bathroom was not wiped down at all. Shower floor was yellow. Old shampoo left in shower from a previous guest. One day housekeeping did not come and the reception insisted that I put up do not disturb. After telling him to check the list he admitted that they just didn't do it and sent someone to clean it immediately. I had athletes foot after 1 shower in this facility and I never have had this issue in all of my hotel stays. The location on Google maps is wrong and I ended up at every Novotel in Riyadh before finding it. I honestly don't know how this is a real Novotel, I have stayed in others and I can't beleive this is part of the same brand.

✗ The hotel room furniture is old. The walls, mirrors, closets, TV units are not clean and not well maintained

✗ When I checked in the time, Reception staff did his private phone call. and I wait around 10 min till his phone call close

Should work more on providing a better service
✓ food is fine and staff are okay, however they can add some more items on the breakfast and staff could offer to carry the luggage
✗ the room is not as clean as expected from a hotel no shaving kit, shoe cleaning kit or slippers are available one towel only / i am a tall man smokers room with no ash tray considering the above, price is really high
