Overall good
✓ Location rooms were spacious. Breakfast staff was excellent.
✗ Alberto was helpful at the desk because he could speak English. It would really help if Melanie could. The heavy front door needs a handle on the inside to pull it open; there is limited way to do so once you activate the electronic switch to open it.

Great place to stay in the city centre.
✓ Location is good. Room was amazing - big comfortable bed, and wonderful shower.

Fabulous
✓ The accommodation kept contact with us on the day of check in and staff were super friendly. On the day of check out we were allowed to keep our luggage in the room on the day of check out and the staff waited for us when our bus was late. The room was very comfortable and the location was perfect too.

Nice central hotel with good staff
✓ Central Location: One of the standout features of Etna Suite Group is its superb location. Situated in the heart of Catania, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Many of the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which greatly enhanced our stay. Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the hotel was good. Breakfast: The breakfast served was good. There was a variety of options to choose from, and the quality of the food was good. Staff: The staff members especially Alfredo was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had, which added to the overall positive experience.
✗ No Elevator: One aspect that is not comfortable is the absence of an elevator. For guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues, climbing the stairs to upper floors might be challenging.
