Great location. Car park under the hotel. You can walk everywhere, pick up your skis in the village

Excellent hotel, with fantastic staff and beautiful spa all within a close distance to ski lifts.
✓ This is our second visit, as they have Excellent staff service, from the maid service, reception staff and the restaurant team. Location is perfect with all amenities very close.

✓ The Hotel was good for any location but exceptional for a Ski resort hotel Staff were so helpful the hotel has a children's area and a gaming area but not like some tacky hotels have .Id stay at the hotel again but the ski resort needs to up its game .
✗ No reflection on the Hotel But The Ski area closes at the drop of a hat not sure they should be running a resort any wind or poor conditions snow cannons everywhere but not in use

Thoroughly enjoyed it, the hotel coped with a large quantity of people swiftly and in a friendly manner. The choice of
✓ It was spacious and very clean. It was conveniently located and efficiently run. The Buffet breakfast had a huge choice and the free ski locker was much appreciated. We had access to the spa and swimming pool but unfortunately didn’t have time to use it, we will have to come back again!
✗ It is not a fault of the hotel but despite being on the 8th Floor we were still disturb almost every night by club/hotel nearby with loud music and shouting from the people leaving, (even on a Sunday and Monday the music played until at least 5 am!)

Good morning, Access to the pools and the main circuit of the hotel spa for guests staying at the hotel is free of charge. Cabin treatments, massages, jacuzzi and other treatments are subject to a separate fee.

The main swimming pool circuit of the spa is free of charge for hotel guests but, it requires a previous reservation through the contact of the spa. On the other hand, the specific spa treatments such as massages are subject to different rates.

Good morning, You can get a quote for your stay through booking. On the other hand, from the hotel we do not offer or manage ski passes or equipment rental, however we can recommend different establishments that do.
