Gorgeous hotel with fantastic facilities
✓ The facilities were fantastic - the room was beautiful and comfortable and well-designed. The shower was clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and beautiful and the view from the room was of the gorgeous big garden and then forest.
✗ Listed as 24/7 check in, which is partly why I booked it, but after booking I received a message to say reception closes at 23:00. The breakfast was great but not very well maintained - the coffee machine was out of milk and there were no scrambled eggs left but there was no staff on hand to notice and improve this. The listing said quiet time after 22:00 but there was a large noisy group outside my window until midnight that prevented me sleeping and the staff did nothing about this. Effectively a gorgeous hotel which could be perfect but slightly let down by the staff.

✓ I can only recommend the hotel, it is in a quiet place, around the woods, beautiful palace nearby, very nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, the hotel is one of my favorites.
