Pleasant
✓ The location is decent beside the sea but you can hear the noise of the airplanes from the nearby airport all the day. The reception and the breakfast staff was cooperative during my stay.
✗ The room service is horrible, after I put the sign to clean up my room I returned to saw how missed up the room was the towels was thrown and the shampoo was put into a mess, I called the customer service and one of them came saw everything then just ignored me afterwards!

✓ Great location, the hotel is stunning and so clean which we loved! Theres a hairdresses bar shisha spa everything you need on site! The room sizes were massive, the pool area and the palm tree were so nice very holiday vibes
✗ There was no iron in the room , they did bring one when i called but i had to send it back after. Also mini bar selection was not that good maybe could add some crisps and chocolates

Very good hotel and near the sea and airport.
✓ The breakfast was good, Good location next to the beach and close to the airport as well. Great hotel for families as it has indoor pool and outside pool. the hotel has a good number of restaurants with different cuisines.
✗ The staff needs to learn English, only the reception staff are speaking English but the staff in the restaurants are not speaking English so it was very difficult to deal with them. Few elevators and it was very busy all the time

Fabulous
✓ Fantastic breakfast with a great variety each day. Large newly furnished rooms. Great wifi and good views of the black sea. Although there are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, the hotel has a good number of restaurants with different cuisines. Nice indoor pool to swim in when the weather is not conducive to swimming outside.
✗ Hotel is near the airport, so you do hear the planes from the rooms, however there are only a very small number a day and nothing late at night or really early in the morning. I would still stay there again as it did not change my views of the hotel.
