Hi yes we have a single fold away bed, and Studio 3 (family studio) which is larger has a fold out sofa bed. kind regards Rebecca

Sorry can you explain, When what is not mentioned ? yes pets are allowed inside of studio 3, the pet friendly studio. We do have fencing and retractable barriers around the porch area. We do not recommend pets to be unattended.

Hi, Studio 3 is the only step free, wheelchair friendly unit. It is set back from the waters edge, but still has water views. kind regardds Rebecca

Hi Studio 3, larger and set back from the water from 9th onwards. Studio 1 and 2 are both slightly smaller, built over the water. Studio 1, 14th til 18th. Studio 2, 14th onwards. Hope that helps ⛵
