✗ Breakfast was disappointing. Undercooked beans, tomato and no bacon. Indian breakfast was not great either. Not enough coffee cups so the staff took my cup even though it was half full.

✓ Breakfast was good room was great view was amazing from our rooms swimming pool great

✗ We find that after a few days the staff where less senior they did continue to smile and great but they also didn't check there disconnected there pay on to own bill but we ended up checking to make sure we got our discount and the charges where unclear and when we disseminate is it was with unkindness and if we handed of check we would have paid the price they had put on the receipt and also how many other ppl had gone through this and we felt that they where very unhelpful when we needed things like train etc and they where trying to rip us off we felt very unhappy as paying customers
