odd end to an otherwise lovely stay
✓ good spread of food for both dinner and breakfast. the natural twin room that we booked was spacious and comfortable. staff were welcoming when we arrived, and were attentive during our stay.
✗ unexpectedly, when we were leaving, the staff made us load our luggage into our car in blazing sun, when next to us, the big porch was free. odder still, two cars that pulled up later were free to use the porch. not a nice end to an otherwise lovely stay.

✓ A lot of buses take you directly to the major hotels in the area, including Kiki. The staff were extremely courteous and professional, and the hot spring facilities were great. We also got a room with an ocean view which was breathtaking.
✗ It's a bit of a walk to amenities like the convenience store, but it's really more a feature of the town than of the hotel itself.
